Steven brings an extensive and successful background in industrial sales and leasing to RE/MAX Commercial Capital. His success in commercial real estate started in 2002, when he joined Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd. which was later merged with Colliers in 2007. His commitment to client satisfaction, extensive sales and lease negotiation experience, and an award-winning track record makes him a valued commercial real estate advisor. In addition to industrial sales and leasing, he has been actively involved in most facets of real estate such as judicial sales, land sales, multifamily buildings and investment properties in the $1M to $10M range.
